Badenscallie Cottages are situated in their own private grounds facing towards the sea with fantastic unrivalled views of the mountains and the Summer Isles. Visitors return year after year to enjoy our super cottages which have been refurbished for the 2008 busy season.

We are a family run business and built the cottages ourselves in 1992 so have a lot of experience in what guests expect when they visit this beautiful part of the world.

The cottages are a 2 min walk from badenscalle beach where you will find lots of rockpools, sandy coves,birdlife flora and fauna.  A perfect place to paint a picture too! The surrounding area also offers excellent walking and canoeing.  Excellent area for your mountain bikes or gentle cycles.

We are located at Achiltibuie, a crofting community that retains a traditional feel, culture and community lost to so many parts of the UK and world.

We are within 2 miles of shops, petrol and the award winning Summer Isles Hotel and bar. Guests who prefer a relaxed holiday will discover a unique tranquillity and peace in this rugged paradise.
